Cette carte est très certainement vintage et je ne l’ai jamais vue reproduite dans un ouvrage consacré à la magie; pour quelle raison dis-je qu’elle ne date pas des jours derniers, elle est gaufrée, ce procédé n’étant plus guère utilisé de nos jours. Je la trouve charmante et peut-être un peu mièvre mais elle est bien représentative du magicien dans l’imaginaire populaire. Tous les symboles y sont: le lapin sous le guéridon, la baguette magique, le gobelet et la carte à jouer, etc.
