RELIURE ET BIBLIOPHILIE

Cette année encore les activités du CLUB ATELIER RELIURE & BIBLIOPHILIE du FOYER LAÏQUE DE QUIMPERLE ont repris, comme chaque mardi après-midi de 14h à 17h, depuis le 8 octobre.
Nous sommes en mesure d’accepter deux à trois adhérents supplémentaires. On n’exige aucune habileté mais un peu de bonne humeur et le sens de l’humour.
Histoire du papier et du livre.
Histoire de l’imprimerie et de la gravure.
INITIATION et APPRENTISSAGE de la RELIURE TRADITIONNELLE.
Travail du carton, de la toile et du cuir.
Nous disposons d’un excellent atelier complet équipé de meubles spéciaux, de quatre presses multi-fonctions, d’une presse à percussion, des cousoirs, des tas de fonte et de plomb, d’une cisaille à carton, d’ UN MASSICOT, etc.
Une très importante bibliothèque technique comportant des livres rares est mise gracieusement à disposition.
Tous les matériaux (ficelle de chanvre, fil de lin, papier à la cuve ou à la colle, carton, colles spéciales, etc.) sont gracieusement fournis pour les trois premiers ouvrages.
